A “perfect pair” occurs when both components create a new and even better flavor experience. Caviar has a thick sheen of salty fish oil. Add Champagne and caviar turns into a light airy pâté as each Champagne bubble explodes. Cabernet is a rich, high tannin wine with subtle savory aromas of black pepper. Pair a peppery steak with Cabernet and the peppery aromas in the wine cling to the flavor of the steak making the wine taste more fruity. Stilton is a stinky, gooey blue cheese. Vintage Port has lots of tannin, sweetness, alcohol and acidity. When you put the two components together, they cancel the other. The Port is not so sweet and the cheese is no longer stinky. Try it.

Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic plus Gremolata Olive Oil
The playfully tart and sweet flavors of Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic add zest and complexity to the delicious combination of herbal flavors found in Gremolata - a traditional Italian herbal condiment consisting of fresh lemon zest, minced garlic, Italian flat leaf parsley & a hint of mint. Great with fish. It is also traditionally served with osso buco (cross-cut veal shanks braised with vegetables, white wine, and broth), and other slow braised dishes to add a zip of flavor. A lovely compliment for marinating poultry, and in dressings.
Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar plus Tuscan Herb Olive Oil

Fresh and crisp, our handcrafted, Roasted Walnut Oil is made in California following a 150 year- traditional method, is complimented by Aged Cinnamon-Pear, spicy and warm, perfect drizzled over fresh fruit or as a dessert topping. It has the unique taste of d’anjou pear, and matches well with many of our sweeter, fruity oils for a delicious marinade or salad dressing.

Coconut White Balsamic plus Harissa Olive Oil
