Serrano Honey Vinegar
Handcrafted and artisan, our 2008 Sofi Silver award winning Serrano Honey Vinegar is sweet, tart, and spicy. Made from 100% real honey, the vinegar is amazingly complex and makes a great addition to salsa, ceviche, bloody marys and shrimp.
It's divine drizzled over sliced tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese. Add to dressings for leafy green, potato, pasta and rice salads.
Toss with sliced strawberries and a grind of black pepper for a delicious dessert. Can be used in place of traditional grape-based vinegar. Sulfite free!
